Sony Pictures has “slightly” delayed the release date of Bullet Train, the action thriller film directed by David Leitch. The film, which features a stellar line-up led by Brad Pitt, was originally set to hit theaters on July 15, 2022. But now it has had to be pushed back by two weeks and is now set to be released on July 29. This gave the film some breathing room as Bullet Train was originally set to release just a week after Marvel’s highly anticipated Thor: Love and Thunder hits theaters on July 8. This new date was previously also the release date of Black Adam before it was shifted.
From the trailer that was just released some time ago, it can be said that this movie is the movie that you must watch for this summer. The neo-noir style clashes with the various fast-paced hand-to-hand combat scenes and the light-hearted tone makes this film stand out.

Director David Leitch knows how to mix action and visual style really well. Given his background in action coordinators, there’s arguably no one more suited to directing a film like this. Also, with his work in Deadpool 2, he knows how to crack a joke. If that wasn’t enough, the cast in this one seemed to really enjoy the process of making this film. It will be interesting to see how all these different talents play and interact with each other. As we all know, Leitch is a veteran of the stunt industry, coordinating teams for big budget productions like 300, Tron: Legacy, and The Bourne Ultimatum. He is also known for co-directing John Wick, the film that has become the benchmark of every action film over the past decade

Bullet Train storyline: When several professional assassins meet during a train journey where they each try to do a different “job”. It didn’t take long for the assassins to realize that they weren’t the only killers on the train. And, to make matters even more complicated, their respective duties and jobs seem to be intertwined — all of them tasked with retrieving a mysterious briefcase. That meant every assassin had every reason to distrust their comrades and that they might as well be targets.
